Here is how it works.
We will use 2 passenger shuttles, donated by The Keys Collection, distinguished by a “Tipsy Trolley Tour” sign. ALCOHOL IS NOT PERMITTED ON THE SHUTTLES! The attendees have two optional check-in locations. Parking Lot E at The Gates Hotel in New Town or Old Town at Tattoos & Scars... Registration is 5:30-8PM.
Prepay $35 online, or $40 at the door. All are issued a wristband and Tipsy Trolley Tour card. The party starts at 6pm and the shuttles ride a continuous loop from 7-10PM along a specified route with easy access to 10 venues, including the official after party at Republica, located in 24 North Hotel lobby.
Attendees ride the shuttles all night long for free. They are given a complimentary drink or food sampling from each participating venue. On one side of the card is a map of the route and the other side is divided into boxes. Each box represents a bar/restaurant on the route. When the server has served the attendee a drink, the server will mark off the box. The attendees are not on any schedule and are not in any hurry to leave each venue. When they are ready to leave the venue, they simply walk outside and wait for the next trolley to come by.
We strongly encourage the attendees to walk and pick up the shuttles along the route to avoid driving to check-in. We heavily emphasize taking taxis, Uber/ Lyft, or use designated drivers if they do not live within walking distance to the check-in locations to avoid drinking and driving.
Most venues offer wine, well, or beer. Some will offer only one of the three or simply a specialty drink.
